Came into town to visit my father's grave. Needed a place to stay that was convenient to access the beltway. This was the perfect option. And with great customer service and friendly staff. The front desk ladies made me feel like family.
I really don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a very clean and welcoming establishment. The staff were very helpful with anything that we needed. Our unit had an issue with the Air conditioning unit and once reported this issue was resolved within the hour. The breakfast was delicious, completely worth $10. I used to work in Mattress Sales and know how to spot the signs of bed bugs. I didn't see a thing. We will definitely be back. There is a really unique clothing and fashion shop on the ground floor. Gives this place something special
It was a great time spent in this hotel with fantastic display of excellent customer service by Lex in front office. She showed empathy and concerns during a situation, keep up the amazing work. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, great experience during my stay.
Stayed a night with my friend here in this hotel. Checking in was perfect, no hassle at all. Right when we received our keys for the room, we headed to our room right away to rest. The room was nice and clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. There was fridge and microwave. Also, coffee maker was there too for coffee lovers. Window view was the freeway. No need for view for a night stay. I recommend this place because of the quietness, comfortable beds, friendly staffs and clean environment.
My room is always fresh and clean. Ms. Blackwell is amazing with guest services. Helen Lyon general manager is fair and always willing to assist if needed. Great area for food, shopping and nite life!
The room was good for the price I paid. The service was excellent, I came from the airport at 11 and they allowed me to check in early,. The location was great I was able to enjoy dc, Maryland, and Virginia due to the location of the hotel! I really enjoyed my stay!
Had a great time at the Best Western. My accommodations was very nice. It was clean quiet and I enjoyed my stay. Only problem is The elevated is too small for my mobility scooter. My room was clean and comfortable. I did prefer a full size bedspreads instead of that half of bedspread. If you can have more channels than just HBO. Other than that had a great time. The staff was nice and helpful. We had our family reunion there and it was very nice.I thank the staff for making our family reunion run smooth and successful.
The rooms were very clean. Furniture could be updated or cleaned. There were alot of questionable stains on the couch that was in the room, so we didn't sit on it at all but overall, the room was fine. They tried to charge an additional $100 for "incidentals" which was not stated on the site when we booked. We refused to pay that knowing that there would be no incidents. That wasn't in the vacation budget. I would stay again if I'm back in that area
